(SI) is a free image hosting service. Everyone is invited
to use the service under the following rules:
SI reserves the right of deleting or modifying any file
that could be potentially dangerous for the server, that
uses too much bandwidth or that simply could be considered
inapropiate by SI.
Illegal images are NOT allowed to be hosted in the server:
· Child pornography
· Adult pornography *
· Hentai *
· Images affecting people's morals
· Images appearing a person who hasn't given his/her consent for that
· Copyrighted images
· Any file with SPAM purposes *
· Files with a format that is not allowed in our server, even if they have a valid extension
· In general, any file which could constitute a criminal act
The webmaster reserves the right of considering “illegal” a certain picture. The user is the only responsible for its publishment. EVERY IP where the images are sent from to our server is saved and registered.
* The image may stay in the server or not, depending on the image and its purpose.
SI is not responsible for wrong writen links in forums, blogs, websites, etc.
SI is a completely free hosting service for the time being, and the pictures are hosted without time limit. However, the webmaster reserves the right of changing the strategy without notice.
This web’s purpose is not backing up every single picture. SI is not responsible in any case for any data losing, whatever the reason is.
